Support Services

Audit:
RM will work with an organisation's technical team and its data output to assess applicability of its current systems and data flows. Advice will then be given on how best to move from the current support of school improvement systems to an approach backed by scoris results.
Integration and Development:
RM's data analysis and technical teams will work with an organisation to move its data assets so that RM's framework can be used. System and database development may be needed as part of this phase. In some instances, we will make recommendations about extra data collection activity, if appropriate.
Report Development:
RM's experienced team will work with an organisation to enhance, design or develop the existing reports that guide its school improvement. This will enable the organisation to customise the view to ensure that the right level of data is provided to the right level of professional in the education system.
System and Helpdesk Support:
Once deployed, an organisation may wish to access second-line support for the application, to ensure any queries on user access are promptly addressed.
Training:
To ease the implementation process, initial staff training is available. Training can also be provided throughout the length of the contract, and will enable an organisation's staff to become efficient and effective at using scoris results school improvement.
