Support Services

scoris Results has been designed so that it can be customised to meet your qualifications framework and curriculum. In order to implement the solution, we provide some support services to aid the process:

Implementation Consulting:
We will work with an awarding organisation to assess applicability of the scoris results framework and reports so that it matches candidate and education system needs. The solution can then be customised to ensure that reports, security and question level analysis is appropriate to the requirements within the national setting.

System and Helpdesk Support:
Once deployed, an organisation may wish to get second-line support for the application,  to ensure any queries on user access are addressed quickly.

Training:
Initial staff training can be provided to help ease the implementation process. Training can also be provided throughout the length of the contract, and will enable an organisation's staff to become efficient and effective at using scoris Results performance tracking.
